Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!


Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program.
Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training.
Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach, Lindsey Kellar!

Orientation will meet via ZOOM on July 24th at 8PM
Included in the training will be a Strides 360 class each Tuesday morning at 6:15 AM. We will also facilitate a weekly Run Club Meet Up to run together. (day to be determined by participants!)

You will also get access to a digital library of 8 recorded Strides 360 classes to do on your training days as well as additional recorded cross training workouts.

The 8 weeks of training will end with the St. Jude Walk/Run and We/Care Half Marathon on September 19th. You will sign up for the race separately.


Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.more

This class is for moms only (no children). It is recommended that you be at least four-six months postpartum before beginning this program.

During the craziness of COVID-19 do you feel like there is something more for you?

Do you remember how you felt after the holidays and don't want to get back there? Do you have goals of self-care, toning, mindfulness, healthy eating or lifestyle changes? Are you losing it with your kids home full time? We get it.

Your coaches are moms too, working to help you keep rhythms & drink less during this pandemic. Your coach will help you care for your mind, body, and spirit as you improve your overall health and well-being. The 8-week program includes two "live" Zoom 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts each week that are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. HIIT workouts are proven to burn a high level of calories and increase your metabolic rate.

This fitness program also includes nutritional coaching, supplemental online workouts, before and after comparisons, accountability and support from a certified instructor. You’ll be part of a small group of supportive women who encourage each other during the journey, both in-person and in a private Facebook group.

Physical change is part nutrition and part exercise. Let us teach you how to fuel your body while providing workout that challenge you to become your best self. This journey will connect you with your inner strength and encourage you to discover your true potential DURING COVID-19. While weigh loss can definitely be a goal of BodyWell, it's not the only goal. We are about helping YOU reach YOUR goals during this crisis.
